Bri is phenomenal!! She never jeopardizes the hair health and integrity! I’ve wanted some drastic color changes and she was honest with what we could achieve in one session and made sure it was within my budget before starting the service! Very transparent and honest when it comes to getting your hair done!! The environment and staff are amazing!!

I have gotten my hair done here a few times by different people and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten what I asked for. I asked for a blonde balayage (just lighter blonde ends..) last time and got chunky highlights. This time with a different stylist was better because it at least looks good but it is still not what I asked for. Ive shown pictures and described what I want but I always leave this place disappointed. So I am not giving any more chances because no matter who I go to, nobody can get my hair to look how I asked. Once, I got my hair cut here and it was literally the worst cut I’ve ever received. I had to get it fixed and they charged me anyway. Definitely don’t recommend this place for hair.

The stylists here are amazing!!! Jarrod did a cut, balayage, and style on my hair and he did an outstanding job! Truly gave me my confidence back. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Only been there twice now for eyelash extensions. And twice I have asked for full not classic. I had other people who does this and they have told me that they are classics. So as much $ that I’ve spent now. I am not happy and will not be going back for their services! I’ve called 3 times for the manager Bri and they say they have to check her schedule and they never call back.Now I’ve called 4 times and No response back!!!! Very sad I thought she was going to make it better but obviously they don’t know how to return phone calls!!!! Then you could have given me someone else!!! I would work around my schedule to get in. The desk Never explained!! I also was going to start getting my hair and nails done at your establishment but not now!

Critical: QualityI would not recommend for a pedicure. I had a pedicure and the polish chipped off 6 days later. I have always had my polish last up to 4 weeks at another spa. The staff are friendly here and I have enjoyed other services but I would not have another pedicure here. I prefer a massage chair, relaxing music and my polish to last.

My wife came in there and I was there with her and she had her nails and her hair done before our vacation to Myrtle Beach. I’m sure you ladies probably will remember her. But it is with the sad heart that I have to inform you after we return home from our vacation, she lost her battle to cancer. my wife Lisa passed away on May 9th 2022. I just wanted to thank you for making her so happy. You guys did such an amazing job. She looks so beautiful.

Wedding party hair and makeup. Includes 2 children needing special hair. Not the best hair styling for the kids one needing to he redone. Brides hair beautifully done. Other ladies hair and make-up okay.

Called early on Saturday morning to see it there was any available appointments the same day. They schedule me a 2:00 PM. They called me at two and pushed appointment to 2:30. I arrived at that time and then they called me again and said that the stylist would not be able to get me today. I had a concert to go to and turned down options with another salon. Needless to say they waisted my time and I wasn’t able to get my hair done before the concert. Very poor service. Unreliable!!!
