I am so unhappy with my hair..I was so excited to come to this salon being that I thought I would get higher quality results especially paying over $300. I told my stylist so many times the integrity of my hair meant so much to me. I told my stylist that breakage and fly always are my pet peeve. I was left with my hair falling out after my appointment. My stylist telling me this is NORMAL. No, this is the outcome of over-processed hair. Was given no attention to detail during the 3 min haircut & the stylist stated my hair was too “angry” for a blowout. I left the salon that day with stringy hair melting off into my fingers. I will say I did contact the salon first and the owner was very kind & they attempted to correct the issues.They put Demi low lights on it which 2 weeks later are now fading from its original platinum blonde color that I never asked for. Weeks later and I still have hair breaking from how porous my hair became after my initial visit. You can’t fix breakage and now this will take me years to grow out. I have had to purchase Olaplex and deep conditioning treatments to try and save my hair. I am at a loss for words that I spent money to make my hair look and feel worse than when I came in.

Am beyond thrilled! Have had a tough time trying to find a skilled colorist/stylist since moving from Chicagoland in December. So happy I didn’t give up and found Salon Blonde. I got paired up with Rachel. She not only fixed the color I had done in March, but gave me a great consult, shied extensive knowledge and skills and provided future options going forward. This is going to be a beautiful partnership! Thank you to Rachel for the laughs and the bonding session. And of course, the great hair!

I moved to Tucson in 2019. I’m very particular about my hair in choosing a stylist. I was extremely nervous about finding a high-quality salon. I started researching the salons in Tucson months before we moved. I had several in mind that I’d go to; I scheduled with Salon Blonde. They did not disappoint; matter of fact, they exceeded my expectations! I have been going to Ely for almost three years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m in my the early sixties, I’ve been around salons long enough to know what my expectations are. Let me just say, Salon Blonde covers it all. The scheduling receptionist is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The quality of work that you get from any of their stylist is top notch.

She was amazing. Her warm, witty, welcoming personality aside – her color skills were awesome. I love the very natural highlights she put in – and my greys are camouflaged! I’m sorry to say I WOULD NOT recommend this salon for chunky highlights. During the pandemic I went to a private home where she pulled my hair through a cap (old fashion) for highlights, after 2 visits I decided this was way to damaging to my hair. So, I waited several months so my long hair didn’t get damaged and decided to try again. When I called Salon Blonde last week the lady said chunky highlights were no problem, I had explained my recent history and that I didn’t want little wispy highlights, I wanted chunky blonde highlights but I still wanted to remain a brunette. I explained all of this to Yvette and she said no problem. Well, there is a problem. I have hardly NO highlights, they are wispy and only on top. So, if I wear my hair up because it’s 100 degrees outside…. NOTHING… So now I will have to wait months again and try another salon. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

I hadn’t had my hair cut in over 2 years and recently I had also decided to cut myself Covid bangs. Yeah, let’s not discuss that subject further. From the moment I met Rebecca, she was super warm and inviting. She was professional and very helpful in helping me decide what cut and color would best suit me. Due to the current safety measures, she was not able to style my hair at the end so as not to use the blowdryer. As an extra step, she invited me back in to the salon today so that she could style my hair and teach me how to style it the same at home. All in all, Rebecca made my experience fun, relaxing, safe.
