They truly make you feel like family when you are there. They are punctual, professional and friendly. The sheer talent and expertise that Melissa offers is second to none. Melissa listens to exactly what you want and the end product is even better than anticipated. The hair care products they use are all top of the line and it shows. I have been a client for about 4 or 5 years. Melissa and the entire Salon Blonde staff are absolutely amazing. They truly make you feel like family when you are there. They are punctual, professional and friendly. The sheer talent and expertise that Melissa offers is second to none. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe Absolute worst experience of my entire life, I went in for a full head of highlights and a haircut. Melissa was extremely unprofessional left my hair Brassy, with dark spots everywhere and uneven harsh highlight lines through out my head. I told her in the chair that it didn’t look right, she assured me it was fine. Later that dah I asked her to fix it and she said she will glaze it? I knew it wasn’t going to fix it but who am I to say? The Absolute worst experience of my entire life, I went in for a full head of highlights and a haircut. Melissa was extremely unprofessional left my hair Brassy, with dark spots everywhere and uneven harsh highlight lines through out my head. I told her in the chair that it didn’t look right, she assured me it was fine. Later that dah I asked her to fix it and she said she will glaze it? The salon is beautiful and clean and the stylist was amazing, I forget her name but I feel she might have been the owner. I love my hair. Thank you so much. I will be recommending this place. I am new to the area and this is my third attempt at finding a good salon. I was going the strip mall salons but then I found this place in Port Jefferson Village. The salon is beautiful and clean and the stylist was amazing, I forget her name but I feel she might have been the owner. I love my hair. Thank you so much. I will be recommending this place.
