Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a full highlight and I’ve never gotten a worse highlighting job in my life. Upon sitting down with my stylist when she asked me what I wanted I said “PLEASE GET RID OF THE DIRTY BLONDE IN MY HAIR.” I’m active military and usually all bleach blonde. My natural dark blonde hair had grown out about 3 inches. I hadn’t been able to get my hair done in four months so I was so excited. I also let her know just don’t make it PLATINUM WHITE but bleach blonde is okay. She told me that bleach blonde was white?I tried to explain what I meant but she literally could not understand. I said okay disregard what I said! I want it blonde blonde! What I ended up with was the most sloppy highlight job I’ve ever had. She even pulled out a yellow color and asked if that was what I wanted. I said no no! Definitely not! But I still feel like my hair is yellowy. You lift it up in certain parts and its still completely dark blonde. I ended up paying $110 for the worst hair I’ve ever gotten, in all the places I’ve traveled. I called that day and asked about what I could do. The woman on the phone replied “Oh that stylist just got out of training, did they not tell you that?” I absolutely had no idea. I am flabbergasted at her response. I was not offered a refund but to pay to have my hair redone with a discount of what I initially paid. So I now am having to go back and pay about $70-$100 more just to get what I asked for. If this was the initial price and she would’ve done a good job this would be a different story, but now I will have to take time out of my schedule and pay $50 in taxi fees just to fix the mistakes that were made. I am beyond dissatisfied with this company and have attached images of my hair. I was also told by another stylist there that it probably wouldn’t even be possible to do what I wanted in another session (to make my dirty blonde hair lighter with light blonde highlights.) which is ridiculous because I’ve gone from dark blonde to bleach blonde MANY times and its never been an issue for any stylist in one session. I don’t think the stylists here are as experienced as ones I’ve seen previously. I will never be returning. Truly feeling inconvenienced and upset. Bad service.
