Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am very happy with the service I received from this company, everyone on the staff were all very attentive ,professional ,I had not been there prior to my service, I had a consultation with Chrissy ,who really understood my thoughts, goals, making a appointment for me to have my services which was a hairline half head highlights, /glazing, the haircut that she did was so great, she gave me a thorough consultation, really understood my thoughts, providing some suggestions, insights to help reach my expectations. Critical: QualityI got highlights done today and it was the worst experience of my life. It looks like a child did them. It is awful!!! The color is bad, I still have a huge dark streak down the center of my head since she didn’t get near the roots, one side is a different shade than the other, and it’s not even done evenly. I got highlights done today and it was the worst experience of my life. It looks like a child did them. It is awful!!! The color is bad, I still have a huge dark streak down the center of my head since she didn’t get near the roots, one side is a different shade than the other, and it’s not even done evenly. After paying for it now I need to try to go somewhere else to hopefully get it fixed ASAP.
