I definitely plan on returning in a few months as it’s not easy to find a decent salon that makes me feel comfortable with the results. I’ve been Katie’s client for over fifteen years, but have seen other stylists in her salon at various times due to scheduling conflicts. I have always had a positive experience at the salon and with Katie specifically. Katie is a true professional and listens to her clients. In fact, all of the stylists do. They take the time in the consult to work with their client. I think the beauty industry is difficult to be in, and to be able to color and cut takes a great deal of patience, care and talent. Katie and her staff have all of these qualities. They strive to make every experience excellent, and if needed they will make adjustments and changes with the utmost professionalism and customer service.
