I went for a haircut. She did not wash my hair. She did not ask where i parted my hair. The entire appointment was less than 5 minutes. She didn’t pull my hair in the front at the end to make sure it was even on both sides. She did not talk the entire appointment. I got home and saw how uneven it was. I went back and she blamed it on my curtain bangs and told me “it was an allusion” when she clearly she didn’t cut it right. Her excuses were my hair was damaged and hair grows at different lengths. Like what? She also decided to make a phone call while she was fixing my hair. Unprofessional and waste of money.

The person they assigned me did not know how to do hair styling or lashes. She took 2 hours to do my hair, a simple updo and 0.5 hours to do my lashes. She was really nice and tried her best. And manager who did know how to do the stuff faster was not really willing to help out and did not try at all. In the end lashes were poorly done and I had to take them off. And hair looked acceptable only because I had to guide the girl through. Again the person was really nice and meant well but maybe not ready for that stuff yet. She shouldn’t have been put in that difficult position and I shouldn’t have been told that they can do the eyelashes when they can’t. I was an hour and a half late to my brother’s wedding.

Went for the first time and loved my whole experience. It has to be my favorite haircut in a very long time. The prices online are less than what I paid when I went in so I was surprised when cashing out so just keep that in mind. But, overall great work.
