I just left Salon Bellezza after getting my haircut and neard trim done by Sylvia…and I just want to say, I feel like a new person. My experience was horrible! The girl haily who ruined my hair was inexperienced to say the least! I went in to salon with a picture on my phone and a specific color! She turned my hair orange, ( I wanted blond – not yellow or brassy), because she couldn’t get the intended color, she overprocessed my I spent from 11:00am until 1:45 wt her bleaching my hair, I was in tears the color what color- and she never even cut my hair as I asked for. I said enough i just want to leave and go somewhere where they can fix what you’ve done! The manager or owner- wichever was so rude! I said I wasn’t paying for what they did! Threatened the police if I didn’t pay for the color- at least (the non color, is more like it) I must mention I did not go into salon looking for a coroctive coloring, as it was not nessary! I paid for the color as I just wanted to leave , I did let the manager/owner know I’d be leaving a referral ,! She was unprofessional, rude, heartless, mean! I would tell anyone Please Don’t Go To This Salon !!!! I wouldn’t give this so called salon ( more like a shop of horrors), not even one star!!!
