Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMelanie (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) did my hair on 3/9/2021 (if memory serves, lol) and I LOVE IT. (She also waxed my eyebrows.)I was going regularly to someone else but they were getting impossible to get on the phone to make an appointment so after trying to get them for almost two weeks I gave up… (in case anyone is trying to lose a customer: This is how you do it.).This place was *highly* recommended by a woman I met elsewhere in town, so I figured I have nothing to lose but hair… and that grows back…I walked in with the most awful line across my entire head with grey on top and coloured hair on the bottom, gave Mel full access to my hair including choosing the right shade for my skin, and I walked out of there feeling GREAT and PRETTY and not seeing grey. I absolutely LOVE what she did with the highlights. They are just so awesome. I love this place so much I don’t even want to recommend them because I don’t want them to get too busy for me! ha haI’ll be back very soon to do the fun colours I want to do for summer. I paid for cut and overall color and highlights but she blow dryed and styled hair at no extra cost. I felt amazing. She was quick but very detailed. so happy.
