I swear that I will never go to another salon EVER!! I got my hair colored, highlighted and blown out all in the same day!! Great customer service all around! Crystal did suuuch an amazing job at nailing my color and cut to the T! I also love how the salon owner, Ana, was involved in every step of the way! Great job Salon Bella Rosa! You’ve just earned a customer for life (and this is coming from someone that has never been to the same salon twice because of the bad experiences)!!

I had requested getting blonde highlights and leaving some of my natural brown hair in it and received super choppy blonde, brassy highlights. After sitting in the chair for five hours, I just wanted to leave and when I got home I actually got to look at it and noticed how bad it was. I called the salon 2 days later to try and get some sort of refund, as I’m not expecting it all back since they used product, but I now am trying to go elsewhere to have my hair fixed before my vacation in one week. They would not give any sort of refund and all she said was she would fix my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it, even though I did not want to go back there. Highly do not recommend. The staff seemed very new at doing hair and she seemed very nervous like she did not know what she was doing.

Had an appointment at this salon to have some facial hair waxed, which my husband went in and prepaid for. Salon was new to me, hoping to find the salon I could use going forward . . . Close to 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was taken to a back room by a woman who never introduced herself — later found out it wasn’t the person the appointment had been set with — and asked me to lay down on the bed that had a super-rumpled sheet over it and a dirty towel where my head went; it appeared to me that the room had not been cleaned since it was last used. I explained what I wanted, chin and lip, the woman did my chin and then told me I was done. I reminded her about the lip, which she seemed to begrudgingly do, then spent more time trying to talk me into getting a haircut then she did on my face. I asked two people, more than once, about pricing, the woman assisting me kept saying it was fine . . . Nothing was communicated to me about the price of the services and I left feeling like I had been overcharged for the services rendered. ETA: the owner did reach out to me about this negative experience and I appreciate the time given to listen to my experience and concerns.

I had driven by several times. And this last week I had some time to kill, so I answered the sign that said, “Walk-ins Welcome.” I walked in and I was greeted immediately. Friendly. They said it would be about 15 minutes for a haircut. Gemeni helped me between one of her regular color clients. She kept telling me thick, textured hair is not her specialty, but she rocked my long layers and blending. She also referred me to the owner who specializes in balayage, so I’m looking forward to setting that appointment soon as I know it usually takes my hair 3-4 hours. Anyway, thanks Gemeni! You did a fantastic job and I’m loving my long layers. My hair really needed to be cut and lightened up. You rocked it girl! I’ll be back.

I actually got him on accident to do my hair one day over a year ago at his last location and it was the best accident to happen to me! Ivan always does the best work! I love that I can give him any hair idea and he can put his own spin on it and it comes out even better than you expect!
