Went in a couple weeks ago to get my hair cut from Steven. A friend recommended him and I’m so glad I took her advice. Ive been trying to have my hair fixed for 4 years. I really liked that he told me what I need to have for my hair to be fixed and not just do what I wanted, because I’d still have the same problem. I have very curly hair and it seems like a lot of hairdressers don’t know how to cut curly hair. I highly recommend Steven. He knows what he’s doing.

I gave it 3 stars for customer service. I called and noone answered it was a Saturday at times open so I left messg and a very polite male returned my call and booked me for an appointment that it all the way out in October 2021 so I am anticipating this appointment as they are booked to advance! I can’t rate above until I know personally however sounds like a great place!

Tried a walk in after not being satisfied at my previous salon, the stylist gave me a great haircut and the service was great. I felt very welcome to be there and the atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Definitely going back!

I love Salon Bella located inside of Lotus Salon & recommend it to anyone who asks. I haven’t used both stylists, but I have heard good reviews on the stylist I don’t use. My stylist always helps me pick out hair products. I never have to wait for my appointment & she is flexible about rescheduling. My only complaint is that it is very much a boutique shop & they don’t have the range of hours that a larger salon would have. However, I don’t get my haircut/styled very often & get my appointments in advance, usually, so it’s never been a problem. I also like that I can cancel/reschedule appointments via email or facebook.

Looking for a clean, professional, boutique salon this is it. I have been seeing Lisa for many years after trying many other stylists around Fairbanks. She listens and gives feedback. Do you remember the commercial from Pantene about how it feels to just step out of a salon, feeling beautiful with all eyes on you. That’s what you will get from an appointment with Lisa. Except with wonderful and environmentally favorable AVEDA products. LOVE IT!
