I cannot rate this salon highly enough! Marlee did a full service highlight, tone, condition, cut and blowout with style. I am growing out a terrible cut and this is the first time I’ve liked my hair in 10 months.

I’ve been here two times and it’s become my salon. The staff treat you like family. Whenever I call, there’s an extremely friendly receptionist on the other end. I use Marlee and she’s awesome and has always given me my desired results. I can’t wait for my next visit. Hair coloring, Haircut

So I went into the salon after finding a great deal on Groupon for highlights, cut and blowout. Everyone in the salon was really nice and the salon was clean and an overall positive atmosphere. I asked the stylist, for warm blonde highlights. This was my first time getting color on my hair, so I wanted it to look natural. The highlights were well placed but I left my first visit a bit unsatisfied because the highlights were very light, nearly white. With my warm skin-tone and brown hair color, it was not a good look( 90’s zebra highlights vibe). I thought it would blend after washing it(it didn’t). I’m not one to complain usually but I was so upset; I did call the salon and explained my dissatisfaction. The receptionist, Missy, who was very nice, offered a toning for free. The toning gave me the color I wanted and it turned out beautiful. Although, they did end charging me $20 for the second visit, even though I was told they would fix it for free. Considering my hair was not what I wanted after the first visit, it’s bit absurd. Overall, a so-so experience. I don’t know if the stylish was short on time, but I wish she asked me if I liked it the first time so corrections could’ve been made initially. Also, I was told misinformation and they charged me for fixing my hair. This experience isn’t an effective way of building customer retention, and I will not be returning. So polite and welcoming. Didn’t have to wait when I got there. The lady who did my hair was quite quiet but it wasn’t awkward and she was pleasant. I had a Groupon. No problems with that! Most other salons charge you a lot extra without you knowing for extra bleach/toner etc that you didn’t ask for or know about. I had no additional charges. I left there leaving very happy. The lady who did my hair was quite quiet but it wasn’t awkward and she was pleasant. I had a Groupon. No problems with that! If you want a great hair experience this is the place to go! From ease of scheduling appt to the friendliness of all employees to the fantastic stylists, absolutely nothing to complain about. Marlee was wonderful, I went in not quite knowing what I wanted done & she did a wonderful job with the cut & color. I’d recommend this salon to anyone looking to try somewhere new, I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!

When my friends saw it they were shocked by the uneven layers haphazardly cut. I just had to pay a lot of money to get another stylist to fix my hair. Another strange thing is I asked her to curl my hair and she wouldn’t. I’ve never had a stylist refuse to curl my hair. Today I had my first experience at Salon Bella. Now I’m usually terrified to let anyone touch my hair aside from my one girlfriend and needless to say that changed today. Marlee was wonderful. She took the mess on my head and made me feel beautiful with a subtle partial highlight that blended my ombré perfectly. Also the cut was perfect as well. If you’re looking for a great experience I highly recommend asking for Marlee. I’m one happy customer!!!!! I’ll be back soon.
