I called the day of and scheduled an appointment with them, they were super helpful and managed to squeeze me in last minute. Everyone was really friendly and professional. However, I was not impressed with my haircut at all. I’m a female with short hair and within a few hours after the cut I realized that it was cut very uneaven and awkwardly. I had even asked before coming in if the stylist was comfortable with cutting shorter hair.
