First time visiting this salon ( after 3 years of hacking my hair off myself) in Pleasant Valley. I was greeted warmly by Barbara, who introduced me to the salon owner, Diane and Katie. Diane gave me an extensive consultation,asking many pertinent questions regarding my haircut. After an amazing shampoo and scalp massage by Katie, Diane proceeded to give me an amazing cut….really everything I asked for but even better. It wasn’t even until I got home and started playing with my cut had I realized how amazing it was on my hair. Just perfection. Diane recommended products to help me achieve the look at home which u appreciate. The salon is spacious, well lit and attractive. Reasonable prices ! Thank you ladies .

My wife was in your salon today and was not happy when she left, what was done to her hair took over 2 hours and she could have done it at home in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost. Upon seeing her hair I noticed it was very choppy, she mentioned that as well. I’m not a review writer, actually I have never written a review before until now. I feel no review is a good review. This was definitely worth writing.

First , I have to say I was nervous about going ANYWHERE to get my haircut , after an experience I had at a different Salon -not related to this one. When I went in for prices, the ladies were BEYOND friendly, and even though they did not know me, they treated me like they knew me for years! I finally made my appointment … ( still a little nervous at this point ). My nerves were cured the moment I went for my appointment. Diane sat down, and talked to me about my concerns, best part was she LISTENED, and based upon what she heard, she gave me her professional opionion. Suzie was amazing! She engaged in conversation, and made things comfortable. Diane, Suzie and Emily are amazing women! Diane did a GREAT job on my hair, and I have finally found my new “Hair” home! Thank you ladies for making my experience a great one! I HIGHLY recommend this salon to EVERYONE. They even cut men’s hair!!!!
