Jackie is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. She’s super knowledgeable about all things hair (cuts, color, product). She is warm and friendly. Has patience for all your questions (and if she isn’t sure about a specific answer, she knows how to get the answers) The staff at the salon is great! Very warm and welcoming.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had trusted Stephanie with my lashes and she absolutely ruined them. My fault for not realizing what she was actually doing. She told me “I was in good hands” when I absolutely wasn’t. Not sure what glue she used for my lashes but my new lash girl said it definitely wasn’t lash glue so that’s great right?! It was disgusting and left such clumps on my lashes and it took a month for all the glue to finally come off. She places multiple lash extensions on one lash and so many of my lashes just ended up broken and damanged because of her. They are still recovering from her disaster and it’s been over a month now. Very disappointed!!! I went for a trial at the salon before my son’s wedding with a hairdresser that had done my hair in the past and was very happy with my hair so I booked her and her co-worker for 10 friends and family to have their hair done at the venue the day of the wedding. On this very special day, I learned after calling the salon because they were late showing up that the person that was suppose to do my hair will not be coming but they are sending 2 other people. I was disappointed to say the least but at this point I was stuck and had no choice. I had to instruct the person doing my hair by walking her through the entire process as well as loaning her my brush which ultimately disappeared. I was charged full price but did not have time to argue nor wanted to get any more stressed out then I was because I was then late to take pictures with my son before the ceremony. Needless to say, I would not recommend this salon for any special event.
