Purnell does my hair here. She has been my stylist for about a year now. She is AMAZING with color. There is nothing she can’t do when it comes to hair. She’s got my hair bleached blonde and still grows down my back. I adore her customer service and she gets me in and out. Most salons you have to spend the day there but not here. No complaints. The salon is very clean and in a great area. Plenty of parking and the shampoo’s I get there are like Jesus himself is washing my hair. My hair is very very dense and VERY difficult for me to manage (i’m natural) but she does it with ease. I love it there, I just wish it was closer to where I live.

I was going to get my makeup done. I set an appointment for 4:15pm I sat and waited until 4:50pm!! Nobody let me know she was going to be late. They act like I wasn’t there. It’s my birthday weekend I wanted my face done up. Very disappointed.

This business boast of their natural hair style skills, but they were not on display with the stylist we were given. I asked her several questions about her methods for hair detangle after braids were taken out. We arrived with the braids out. She used an old out dated method pulling out the precious hair we have been regrowing for the last year. Probably should have left then, but gave her the benefit of the doubt. In the end her 2 strand twist were awful while she talked to my child about a relaxer “next time”. We were there fir NATURAL hair care skills. Good bad or indifferent that conversation was not her place to discuss with my daughter.
