This salon is just what I hoped I would find here in New Albany! A beautifully decorated salon with no pressure. My hairdresser does a great job with my hair. And she is competitively priced. I am thankful I found this salon. Plus downtown is so fun and so many shops to stop in while you are downtown.

Critical: ProfessionalismOne of the worst experiences of my life my stylist was Mari bays and all I wanted was a trim and deep condition treatment I set up my appointment and she was an hour late and come to find out she was actually doing her friends hair and made me wait till I asked how long It’d be then she started on my hair with the treatment witch she left in for 30min under a heater while she continued to dye her friends hair witch ended up making my hair super dry and brittle when she was done I didn’t even check my trimmed hair because my hair was so dry I mentioned it and was obviously upset and she said I didn’t have to pay so I left but when I got home the trim job was also very uneven. I love my cut and color! My hair feels so soft now. Amber was so kind and answered all my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. The color is gorgeous. It’s a nice salon and all the stylists were friendly but I’ll always be going to Amber now.
