I had the best experience @ this Salon! I called at 10:15 on a Sunday morning praying I could get in, less than 10 min I was contacted by Maricella and she was able to get me in at 11 for cut and color correction! Once I arrived she greeted me with a smile sat me in her chair and listen to what I was hoping to have happen. Once she finished the cut she told me about her vision on what to do with my hair to get it to where I wanted it. I told her to work her magic that I trusted her! I went from a faded red to a gorgeous beige blonde. She took her time, never rushed once and honestly was one of the best hair stylist I’ve had in forever! I love my hair and I can’t wait to bring the rest of the family in to see her.

OMG! I don’t even know where to start. I was so blessed by the shop owner, Denise! She went above and beyond, calling between all of her salons to see if she could get someone to squeeze me in. Sheyla was so kind, as to accept the challenge.. I’m a mom of a toddler, neglected my hair for years and always put my hair in mom buns. She brought my hair and my confidence back to life!! Sheyla is hands down the best stylist to ever touch my hair. I will never go anywhere else! She made me feel so comfortable, and she just has a very dope energy about her. I’m so thankful !! Telling everyone I know, AVANTI is thee best salon in Stockton and Sheyla is truly a hair artist who takes pride in her craft! Thank you ladies, for blessing me for my birthday!! Never felt so good!!

I came here a couple of days ago to get some lavender put in my blonde hair. I showed the stylist the pictures when I booked the appointment and was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Six and a half hours after I showed up (with one hour of me waiting for my stylist to cut the hair of another appointment), I walked out with my hair entirely purple and silver with a charge of $230. I missed two appointments and almost cried when I saw that all of my blonde hair had been turned silver and my roots were dark purple. When I messaged them asking about this, they didn’t respond until I sent a second message the next day and all their response was was that it took a long time and a lot of product so of course it cost a lot. I replied that they had messed up both the timing and overused product on me which is not my fault and poor customer service. I wanted to resolve this amicably in private but at one patronizing response in two days for my four messages, I feel a review to let others know of my experience here is required.

I had the best experience with @arisalondon hair and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their hair goals inspo applied exactly the same on their hair. Because of the pandemic, she insisted on seeing a current picture of my hair before the appointment and my hair goals to let me know if it seemed like it was doable on my hair color and previous hair history and products used on my head. Usually, she would be open to have someone come into the salon to see it first hand and see it with more depth. The first part of her great customer service is that she was on time for my appointment with her. In my experience, I have scheduled appointments with a more known hairstylist and was charged $300+ for him to show up 3 hours later than the scheduled appointment time. Arisa’s punctuality reflected that she cared for her customer and THEIR time. The second important thing to note is that she asked important questions about my hair and how I treat it and then she does a thorough inspection to see if there is breakage then goes over her suggestions and modifications that may need to happen before achieving the desired look. In my case, I came to my scheduled visit with previously bleached hair applied by another hairstylist and I was disheartened to know that my hair on the back of my head was so damaged and extremely broken. This meant that bleaching my hair was so not doable and I was really glad that she recorded the damage so I could see the mess myself. Her empathy was perhaps the most surprising aspect of her service in the sense that she kept saying sorry for my bad experience with a different hairstylist! During my session she offered me cold water and helped me to some candy. There are 2 gender neutral restrooms available for clients and they were clean. Overall, my desired look was not achievable due to the condition of my hair but the end result was so much better! Definitely look at the Instagram page, peruse it and book her online she is SO worth it! Her communication skills are great and she so humble!
