Liz dis an amazing job perming my Mom’s hair! She was very kind and gentle with her (mom is very shy), and was amazingly fast at the process! Learned she’s been doing hair and perms for nearly 30 years!! I highly recommend her ❤️ my mom was gushing afterwards about how wonderful Liz was and that she’s never had a better experience ever in her life.

My daughter was brought in while visiting family to get her hair colored from a medium blonde to a light ash brown. I talked to her on the phone and informed her she had color on her hair and was worried about damage. She said she would do the ash brown and make sure Audrey was happy. Instead she insulted my kid, refused to listen and destroyed her hair Teresa bleached her hair to the point the hair has lost its structural integrity. It literally crumbles and breaks if you try to brush it and has a cotton candy texture. She didn’t do the roots which I guess I should be grateful for since them all her hair would be falling out. She made fun of my child when she said her head felt hot while it was developing. When I got my child back from her visit, I called the salon to get a refund. My daughter is so embarrassed she has been living in hats. I had to cut 5 inches of her hair off because the damage was so extensive the ends were not salvagable. Now I am taking her to a stylist here to try and save some of the hair she has left. She has been in tears. Teresa refused to refund my money unless I brought her back in but I told her Audrey was just visiting and we live out of state. My daughter is distraught and so am I. Avoid Teresa at all cost.

After attempting to get my hair cut at the salon across the street yesterday, I decided to call here today. They immediately connected me to Tracy who set me up an appointment for tonight.
