Total disappointment!!! My teenage niece went to Tooraj for a keratin treatment. After few days when she took a shower and all her Curley frizzy hair was back. He kind of ignored her calls and started blaming her for not taking care of her hair. She has bought shampoo and conditioners from him spending so much money.

Tooraj did a keratin treatment on my hair about five months ago, and it was great! Totally and completely worth the five hour treatment (I have a lot of hair)! My hair got many compliments in the first couple of months, and still receives some compliments even to this day.

I went here to get my hair colored. I showed them what I wanted and they made notes in the computer. When I arrived for my appointment, the stylist said they didn’t have all the right colors.I compromised on the colors but she did huge chunks of hair for each colors. The result was that I saw mostly the color I didn’t particularly like. To top it all off the color faded so quickly (3 washes). I’ve since had my hair done somewhere else and the color is still strong after a month. I’m very disappointed I spent so much money here.

I asked if I could keep my length saying please just 1 maybe 2 inches off, because I just want a trim and layers added. She laughed at me, told me my hair was dead and cut off 4 inches. I am getting married in 2 months, so I am very annoyed that I paid 90$ for a hair cut that I didn’t want while getting laughed at. The prices have increased since the remodel, but the hair dresser consideration of my needs have not. Seems like everyone works hard and fast in here, but I wish my hair stylist cared about what I said more.

Had an appointment today for a highlight and layer and was beyond pleased with the results.. first, the ladies of the establishment are so funny and very nice and professional (ordered jamba through doordash and the daughter, Valerie asked if I wanted her to go grab it, because it was right next door, super great service ) second..the way my hair tured out was way more better then I ever even imagined or asked for!! I have always had the best experience when I come here. Suzette is absolutely AMAZING! I had a consultation with her about 8 months ago to decide on the right color I wanted and she nailed it! I have gone back multiple times for touch ups and it’s perfect every time! I will be going back in the next week or so to get touched up and possibly add some highlights so I can be ready for my birthday trip in Vegas! She has definitely found a permanent customer. I wont go to anyone else now. <3 her!

Very upset with her for the first time three weeks ago had my hair lightened. Worked with Jim told me it would take a couple sessions in order to get the correct color first session I was charged $200. And pushed products very many products that they had and what was his suggestions paid about $300 out the door. Come back this weekend to have Mike hair toned as part of the first lightening and was charged $200 pardon me $160 for a service that was already rendered. This place is a scam treat you very unfairly and took advantage of me. Very upset people should be up for it from the beginning don’t appreciate being overcharged
