I’ve tried this salon 3 times mostly out of convenience. I really haven’t had much luck. My most recent experience was a HUGE bummer. I went I. Hoping I coils get my hair wash cut and styled and leave feeling a little pampered. The stylist I worked with was obviously in a very big hurry to get to me out of there. I had told her my hair turns out better when it cut wet but, feel free and do what you think is best. My hair was half curl and half wavy. She did wet my bangs down to trim them and once she was finished she asked if I wanted them dry.. Since It was 2 degrees I thought “well ya..” this was so disappointing. If this had been a fun experience I probably wouldn’t be bothered with the fact my hair is uneven and hard to style. I’m afraid to get it fixed because it already way shorter than it was to begin with.

Hannah is amazing! I’ve always hated going to a new salon and dealing with the small talk, but not with Hannah! She’s so easy to talk with and incredibly friendly, she does fantastic color! I’m really glad I found someone locally that I know I can go to for a seamless look every time!

Waited over 20 past my scheduled apt time. They ask we call ahead if we are going to be late. How is it they cannot do the same or even mention when you arrive? Pretty poor customer service. Almost as bad as when they began washing my hair and then mentioned the hot water wasn’t working. While I waited today I realized how dirty the reception area was. Gross. I am done. Will never go back there again.

My hair needs are quite simple, but this place does have the capability to really glam you up, if you so choose. I have been to both Hannah and Emily a few times, and they are friendly, efficient, and skilled. The salon is clean, classy, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, too.
