First of all, the people leaving a review for the massages are talking about the spa at James Madison. Not the Salon. The salon is wonderful and the owner is top notch. I came in for a wedding updo test and while there, found out my regular hair dresser could not color my hair before my wedding. The owner said no problem and took care of it for me. My hair was stunning. She was so accommodating for my large wedding party and guest who wanted hair and makeup the day of.

The lady is very nice and it really isn’t my intention to leave a negative review. However, I feel that someone who has been trained in styling hair should have got much closer to the style I had asked for. I think she struggles with men’s hair because what I ended up with is more of a military cut and that is not what I wanted.
