Can’t put less than one star.. The salon is perched in front of a beautiful garden within the Bellagio, unfortunately not so lovely inside the salon when it comes to prices and requests. I experienced miscommunication with the front desk over prices and specific requests for my hair styling, I felt completely off putted by the lady at the desk vs the lady that booked my appointment. When I made a request to have my hair ONLY roll brush blow dried, I was told it would have to be included in an “event package” that was $95 – I have had wash, cut and styles done by high end stylists that don’t charge overpriced fees like they do here. Not sure they could even prove the quality of their styling before having them attempt to blow dry my hair. The hair dresser didn’t want to help me blow dry my hair at a reasonable price so I chose to leave. She did however, cancel the appointment without any issues. If you like to pay for overpriced blow outs, this place is for you!

I stopped by for a quick haircut and had a very pleasurable experience. The staff is warm and friendly and met my needs as requested regarding the type of cut I wanted. There was no wait and they had me booked for an appointment in an hour.

Really great Salon but they charge too much. 180 dollars for gel manicure plus required 18 percent tip. 100 wash and blow dry plus28 percent required tip.

Rose was such a joy to be around. She did the best manicure I think I ever had. Her conversation and eye for detail was exactly what I needed. I will be requesting her on all future trips to Vegas, work or play. I highly recommend the salon for gel nails and hand spa treatments!

I just want to give a shout out to Cindy Smith!! She did my bridal hair and airbrush make up for my wedding day! And can I just say… FLAWLESS! She made me feel so confident and beautiful and she’s a amazing conversationalist, as well as all the salon employees are. This was by far the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Thank you so much for making my day special! The price is so well worth the services. I did a lot of research before deciding to choose the bellagio for the above services and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Review for salon only as I didn’t go to the spa. I had a manicure with Staci prior to a show and could not have been more pleased. This was the best spa manicure (meaning like high end spa – not nail salon specific) I’ve ever had. Just used regular polish and they are still 100% (not 1 chip) 4 days later!!! Which, compared to the local spas around here, is a big deal! Great experience, I would definitely return.

I had Araceli for my stylist and she is Amazing. My hair looked beautiful and i felt like movie star when i left. I will go to her in December. Cant wait. When i travel to Vegas always go to her.
