I started going to the Salon at Saxonburg back in January and absolutely love it. I see Tom when I go and every single time I leave with beautiful hair and get compliments on it all the time! He really listens to what I want and gives me suggestions as to what he thinks I should do as well. Every time I have been there it has been such a great experience and I always leave happy. Recently, I brought my 14 year old son in for a cut done by Shauna and we both loved it! Everyone in there is always so friendly and pleasant! Best salon in the area for sure!!

The team at Salon Saxonburg is great! They were very pleasant to work with in both setting up my appointments, my practice run, and the day of the wedding. They were friendly to talk with as me and the other girls were getting our hair done. They were quick and able to get 7 up-dos done in a few short hours. There was some miscommunication about the cost but they used excellent customer service throughout!

Positive: ProfessionalismLast week, I took my mother-in-law there for a cut and style. She is elderly, has mobility issues, and is very worried about COVID, so getting her out of the house for anything these days is a major undertaking. We hadn’t been to Salon at Saxonburg before, so we weren’t sure how everything would go.Both she and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience! The entire staff was not only friendly and professional as you would expect, but they also went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and able to enjoy the experience. The building does not have a level entry, but staff assisted us, literally, every step of the way between the car and the salon. Also, everyone wore masks the whole time, which really put her at ease. Fairly new to the area and tried a few places. I have a lot of thick hair and Fawn is fantastic at cutting and styling. Worked with my ombre COVID colors to even everything and make it look natural. Highlights added this time. So glad I found this salon.
