I was given a free manicure by the hotel (which is amazing) I went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and it was pretty much dead in there. I had to wait for one of the nail techs to finish another person (I was early). Well when it was my turn, the lady that did my nails kept telling me all these bad things that aren’t good for your nails and how these things “pissed her off”. I previously had gel on about 3 fingers and she couldn’t buff it off and wanted to charge me an extra 15$ to “soak” my 3 fingers. When the other nail tech beside me was soaking her clients finger nails without a charge (I asked). Then I choose my color that I wanted and she proceeded to tell me she hated that color. I told her I loved it. Then she told me the nail polish was pissing her off because it wasn’t going on the way she wanted. She was completely unprofessional and a snob if you ask me. She made my “free manicure” more of a hassle then it needed to be.
