Awesome salon! I needed a last minute appointment for my high school son and they were able to schedule him quickly. As i waited in the reception area I was able to see how friendly and professional the stylists were- not only with each other but with all the clients. Everyone was made to feel welcome. Clients were all ages. Its a salon for everyone!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after reading some negative ones about Nicky Stevens, I felt compelled to say something. My mom and I have been clients of Nicky for 10+ years and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond when it comes to his services. You may have caught him on a bad day- but we all have bad days, we all are human. Nicky is amazing and we have followed him from salon-to-salon. He is an incredible stylist and human being!

I walked in to this salon to make a future appt to revive my gray hair and self esteem. The stars were aligned as the artistic hair stylist who became my transformation king had just had a cancellation. He offered to take me immediately. We talked briefly about what I was trying to achieve and in less than 2 hours, I looked 10 years younger and my haircut (his vision) came to life. My hair color and cut transformed this old haggard person into new person of inspiration and certainly more beautiful. As soon as he introduced himself to me, I knew that he would be successful in my overall transformation. Thank you Nicky!!!!! If anyone needs a recommendation for such a transformation, call for an appt with Nicky! He is soooooo incredibly talent and a true artist! Thank you soooooooo much!!!! XOXOXOXO Cheryl

Let me start by saying this ,I’ve been coming here for 3 years, my stylists chair is fairly close to a man who’s name I debated adding in this review but decided I need to , Nicky is one of the rudest,nastiest human beings I’ve ever encountered. I have sat back and listened to his antics , I have watched a client leave his chair, only to hear him speak negatively about her to one of the other stylists who seemed to be uncomfortable with the interaction. I have witnessed him raise his voice to not only the employees of this establishment but ALSO US CLIENTS! He has made me feel uncomfortable and that is precisely why I HAVE MADE IT A POINT TO NEVER INQUIRE ABOUT HIS SERVICES, And now that I’m writing this review I would like management to know I will not be returning I am a grown woman , I do not come to get my hair done to listen to the worker bad mouth a client as I am a client and am I being bad mouthed when I walk out ? It seems to me that that the Manager Michelle condones his behavior and doesn’t hold her staff accountable for the way they treat customers.I’m writing this review today because I do not CONDONE THIS BULLY STYLE BEHAVIOR! I will not be back , people need to be held accountable for the way they treat eachother ! And I’ll just say this , “NICKY” you are RUDE , I’ve watched you holler at one to many people ! I have watched him treat the staff memebers around him like trash and I have sat here with color in my hair and seen it way to long , I hope someone reprimands him for his behavior because NOTE TO MANAGEMENT, US GALS IN THE COMMUNITY ALL CHIT CHAT , and I will make sure that the woman I’ve referred do not return as well ! Have a great holiday ! I hope the best for my stylist who I will not name as I do not want her to get the wrath of Nicky because I came forward .

I have been a client of my hair stylist for probably 20 years. In that time she has worked at 5 different salons. This is the fanciest of them, with special lights to take pictures of clients for glamour shots other stylists practicing new styles on manikins. Everyone who works at the salon from the schedulers to the lady who handles the fees, to the stylists & the shampoo young lady is kind & nice & friendly. It is a pleasure to visit the Salon at May’s Chapel.
