Great service. Mache was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything during my first wax, gave clear instructions for at-home care to get best results, and answered all my questions. Her salon is super cute and was a relaxing environment. I can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work! I had some trouble finding her salon with Google maps, but she answered my phone call right away to give directions. Communication was prompt and helpful in every way. Her prices are fair for the quality of service she provides. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

She was nice, I went off the reviews, wrong thing to do. She said in order to invert my hair she did shark bite in the back. When I got home the damage was done & I cried. I’m afraid to go anywhere in the WDM /surrounding; I’m growing out a bad haircut. I’ll have to fly to AZ when I’m ready as I don’t trust anyone.
