Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI simply love this spa! I have been going to see Sharon for years as she does my hair with excellence! I love the organic products and high quality work!Recently, I received a massage from Gina- AMAZING!!! I was able to rest on a biomat in a beautifully decorated room that was so peaceful. Gina was thoughtful and professional, used high quality products, and really listened to my body. She even did a lymphatic drain to help me breath better after being face down for a bit! I walked away feeling so refreshed and calm, and my back felt great!There is no “treat myself” – receiving this massage and other spa treatments at Green Envy is truly a way to create the quality life that I want to live with self-care at the top of my list!Thank you! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI visited this salon for the first time about 5 months ago. The experience was so bad i’m still bothered by it. I called and made an appointment and even got text reminders and confirmations, but when i went there she acted like i hadn’t set up the appointment properly. I showed the woman my confirmation and she still seemed mad. i said I had called to schedule it and she said “Well you should have done it online”. Honestly, accidents happen, i would have been fine if she said they didn’t write down my appointment and didn’t have time that day. I just wanted a trim. this woman proceeds to insult me the whole time, telling me that i should have had a consultation (?? for a trim??) and that my hair was way too dry and that my color was poorly done. She was so rude to me that the last 10 minutes i was just trying my best not to cry. Another hair stylist came over and tried to say some nice things because I think she could tell this lady was being a jerk. Any nice thing the lady said, my hair stylist would roll her eyes and correct her with another insult.I have no idea why she was so mean, my best guess is that she was mad at me because SHE forgot she had an appointment scheduled. If you haven’t been here before and you have dry hair, maybe stay away. they’ll make you feel like garbage. The cut was fine at best, spend your money elsewhere.Edit: i should note that it was the OWNER herself who was so awful which is why I couldn’t call to complain. I visited this salon for the first time about 5 months ago. The experience was so bad i’m still bothered by it. I called and made an appointment and even got text reminders and confirmations, but when i went there she acted like i hadn’t set up the appointment properly. I had informed her that I had box dye in my hair and that I wasn’t quite sure what we could do to get me lighter. She was very honest and polite with me and told me she would work her magic. Let me tell you.. She worked her MAGIC!! My hair hasn’t felt or looked this good in years. I had curly hair as a kid and didn’t know I could get that pattern back but she showed me how to take care of my hair and let the girls shine. Sarah has completely transformed my hair and life. I have gotten so many compliments and I feel amazing. If you’re looking for someone who not only is amazing at balayage but also specializes in curly hair.. She. Is. For. You. I will 100% be coming back and referring everyone that I can.
