Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love the new precautions the salon has taken to make sure their clients are safe. For the first time since the pandemic I visited the salon to get my haircut and was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was more than 6 feet apart and wearing face coverings. I loved that they even built partitions in the sink area so I was never close to any other customers. I love the new precautions the salon has taken to make sure their clients are safe. For the first time since the pandemic I visited the salon to get my haircut and was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was more than 6 feet apart and wearing face coverings. I loved that they even built partitions in the sink area so I was never close to any other customers. I never had to remove my mask during the shampoo or cut which was amazing.

I was able to get an appointment with Maddison and I was very happy with the results. Place is super clean, all health guidelines are being followed, staff is very friendly and works well together. I was in the area and googled the “salons near me”. I needed a blow out and only had an hour to do it. I was able to get an appointment with Maddison and I was very happy with the results. Place is super clean, all health guidelines are being followed, staff is very friendly and works well together. They use top notch product and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely come back any time I’m in the area.

I haven’t always liked the way my hair looks straight, but the attention to detail here ensured that I definitely did! The place was clean and COVID-19 preventative measures were definitely in place: everyone was wearing masks, there was hand sanitizer available in multiple areas of the salon, chairs were wiped down after someone sat in them, and there was a glass shield between the different chairs at the hair washing area. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the stylist helped me figure it out and I absolutely loved the end result! I haven’t always liked the way my hair looks straight, but the attention to detail here ensured that I definitely did! After returning to Aqua for my first haircut since early March, it’s safe to say I was rest assured. They are extremely clean and following all the protocols. PS.
