My girlfriend chose this salon because of the good reviews. She had a lot of trouble scheduling the appointment, so I suggested finding a different location but she persisted. She ended up going to the salon with beautiful, think, long hair to ask for some layers and came back with what she refers to as a “bob-mullet hybrid.” She’s beautiful anyway, so I didn’t mind it. Two months later, we have spent $300+ on clip in hair and she still feels sad about her “ugly haircut” every morning. I thought I’d write a review in case any husbands/boyfriends read this and are able to save their woman from these hair butchers! (She refuses to write a negative review because “the stylist was so nice”)

Worst salon experience I’ve ever had, I went there because of the good reviews even though it’s very expensive, I thought you get what you pay for, but I was wrong, I worked with Tony, he was working with at least 3 other customers at the same time, after confirming he can do what I wanted over the phone, which is a simple trim and one brown all over color, he completely ignored what I wanted, he cut my long hair too short, and gave me a black color instead of the brown color, and on top of that he tried to convince me that I got exactly what I wanted, and didn’t even offer to try to fix it, not that he can grow my hair longer but at least try to correct the color, and on top of that he charged me more than what we originally agreed, saying he used more color, even though I’m paying for long hair color. NEVER AGAIN! First and LAST TIME!

Stylist was working on two other people while working on my hair. That really bothers me condsidering were all paying 200+ to be worked on. The he had two other helpers take tuen to blow dry my hair while he worked on another person. He was very rough handed and not very personable. However, the color turned out very well. So not great experience but ultimately great results. Very contemplative on going back again.

I especially appreciate the flexibility Salon Antoine is providing during this pandemic. The salon has implemented new procedures to keep customers safe. And if you’re still not comfortable with a visit, they offer a take out color mix service. I took advantage of that and my hair came out perfectly. They made it so easy and risk free. I have been going to Salon Antoine for years now. The owner Tony has treated all the clients with friendliness and courtesy . All the staff are very professional. I have had Melissa as my hair stylist and she is one of the nicest staff in the salon. We had developed friendship over the years. At present I am being attended by Mariam who also became a close friend over time. She is very professional and knowledgeable with what she does. I would highly recommend Salon Antoine if you want your hair done professionally and to look good after the service. I would like to add Samira who attends to my daughter. Emilie just loves her.
