Had an appointment for 4:30 was 15 minutes late due to traffic, had to reschedule cause hairdresser didn’t want to do it at that time. I understood but the worse thing was she didn’t even come out to introduce herself before dismissing me. She had receptionist do it. Felt that it was rude and didn’t bother attending my rescheduled appointment.

Beware of stylist Kristina Oswalt, she literally destroyed my long blond hair! I tried this salon because it was close to my home and because Kristina was listed as a color specialist in 6 different lines. Because I have very thick, course hair that has been processed blonde my whole adult life, I needed someone that was truly a color specialist.
