Positive: ProfessionalismThis place is absolutely amazing, very professional! She has amazing products, best I’ve seen in my time, From the 8 years I’ve been getting my nails and toes done, this nail salon has had the best quality acrylic and polish! Very pleased with her customer service, greeted every time with a wonderful display of candy and coffee and being greeted with a smile to top it off! Contacting is immaculate and almost immediately, when u call or use social media, very hygienic and very calming. Lee is the sweetest, kindest human, who will give nothing but her best art work and skills on your toes/feet, waxing etc! And traveling literally around from my hometown to fairport, its sad to see people take advantage of her and other places, to try to ruin such a wonderful business. This place is absolutely amazing, very professional! She has amazing products, best I’ve seen in my time, From the 8 years I’ve been getting my nails and toes done, this nail salon has had the best quality acrylic and polish! The Nailounge in Fairport was an amazing experience! It was super clean and smelled AMAZING, not like most nail salons that wreak of chemicals. They have a very large selection of colors in dipping powder – which is what I got, so I don’t know about gel and polish – and they were happy to do the design I wanted. The techs are very friendly and kind.

Iv been going to Lee for awhile now and she’s the best nail tech Iv ever been to! She’s so nice and professional and she does an amazing job on my nails, especially on all the designs I get. She recently moved an hour away from me to Fairport to start her own business and I still make the trip just to keep receiving her services!
