Had a hair appointment for cut and color at 2pm.. was told my stylist was running a tad behind, but was finishing up with the client before me. No problem. I browsed in the front until I was brought back to a chair which was directly across from where she was “finishing up.” I sat for 30 minutes listening to her gossip with her client (whose hair was already done when I sat down). She did come over to me a couple of times and seemed annoyed that I wanted pink in my hair and only made negative comments. I was obviously more than annoyed. So as soon as she walked away, I told another stylist I had to leave and I left. Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!

My deep tissue massage with Julie was amazing! The staff up front was friendly and they were able to fit me in last minute. The spa was clean and smelled wonderful. Julie was able to work out a years worth of knots and stress and I left in a much better place than when I came in. Top five massage of my life!

Had 2, one-hour massage appointments for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration, one for my wife and the other for myself. We received a call, about 30 minutes before we were going to leave, saying that one of their employees didn’t show up for work. My wife said she had an okay massage, but it was something we were looking forward to doing together. Fortunately, we had two appointments, and when offered two short massages (no discount or extra perks for the trouble), I opted to let My wife have the full hour.

The salon is very luxurious and quite busy (which speaks for itself). But my appointment w/Mary for a trim and color was no disappointment. She is expert and personable, and my color was matched perfectly. The trim which has always produced compliments from husband and friends alike, was even superior to my original. Hurry and catch her now because the baby is due soon & she’ll be on maternity leave for 3 months!
