Bri and Shelby are the best ❤️ they helped me go from a very badly damaged yellow blonde to a beautiful healthy one, a deep auburn after that, and then a deep brunette AND extensions after that ❤️. Taking care of the health of my hair the entire time. It’s the best most relaxing time being in their chairs

There seems to be an issue with inconsistent services provided here. I left with a completely wet head of hair twice after getting switched to Bri. She initially lied about this and then the owner looked back on the cameras and saw what I was saying was true. This was literally shown on their cameras and they still will not compensate for the charges. Apparently I was supposed to barter for my services at the register if they had not happened?!! I don’t feel comfortable coming back in after all of the lies and gaslighting.

The customer Service is always good here. I had my hair done by two different ladies, the first time was fine. I wasn’t too impressed, but my hair didn’t look bad, and she did what I asked her to aside from the bangs I wanted and didn’t get. The second time around was pretty terrible. My hair looked good when I left the salon, but the next day looked like someone had cut it with a straight razor, my bangs had funky layers and don’t look right. I really like the salon and Aveda products, but I have to say that I wont be going back there.
