I had a disgusting experience at this spa when faced with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the management staff. They used my certificate number for a mystical person who never showed up in their salon and made me pay for the services. When you do booking they ask for a bank card number, then they automatically charge money even you disagree. Management of this spa absolutely not client oriented .

For a high end spa I was very disappointed. The women at the front desk I spoke to gave me the wrong information in regarding Miami Spa Month packages. I found a deal for an 80 minute massage for $200. And I wanted to get a facial so she told me she had a different package for $135 for a 50 minute facial and a 50 minute massage. She didn’t tell me that they were two different service charges and was very convincing over the phone. Mind you my spa experience was awful. The massage was like a soft rub down and both masseuse and facialist talked my ear off. I was not relaxed one bit. I found better deals online at the Standard or the W hotel and it wasn’t till I was checking out that my total was $337.50. I went with my twin sister for our birthday and they charged her $380. We both walked out spending $800 together while we could of went to a different hotel that had amazing rates during the months spa packages. I’m really upset. The woman at the front desk was laughing in my face and was super rude. I will never go to this place again. It was horrible and a rip off.

Very expensive $250 for 80 minutes and they add a $50 service fee to the listed price of the massage, which I wasn’t expecting. The massage itself was OK, but the therapist will spend 20 minutes massaging your head, rubbing oil into your hair. Not really my idea of relaxing. I have yet to cramp up in the scalp or pull a muscle there either. I’m sure the therapist enjoyed the rest though…..

Amazing Spa experience ! My massage terapist was IGOR – highly recommend if you are truly in need of customized restoring massage to reset and recharge. Very intuitive professional and skilled. Front desk staff as well as support staff sre very kind and professional. You can tell that people that work here are happy and commited to providing an amazing experience. Attention to details is admirable, Bibi, one of the attendants was super friendly and accomodating.

Been to the Berkeley location then went twice to 1Hotel during spa months 2018 where first, I had Juan and he’s great. Second, he wasn’t available and the girl I had was horrible, didn’t know left from right. Went recently and, though it was spa month, because I didn’t specifically say the words ‘spa month’, the woman running the spa charged full price. I paid without objection but will never go back. This time the relaxation room was full of people engaged in loud conversations and the ladies changing room was a wreck, the antithesis of ‘spa’.

Lorana and Celia both did a wonderful job with my prenatal massages, and Kyana’s facial was just what I needed. Jennifer helped me at check in and was a pleasure to work with. I loved everything from the calming Woodland relaxation areas with the water feature to the complimentary snacks and beverages, including the chamomile tea. The experience is a must if you’re in the area!

I went with my best friend to spa month. Well let’s be transparent we were running late (12 minutes) because of Miami traffic, Labor Day weekend and Beyonce concert! I had Celia and she had Olga! Celia was amazing no complaints! She was def the energy I was looking for . We meshed! After the massage that I slowly snoozed off during and started to lightly snore we had almonds and water/tea. The sauna wasn’t working which sucked so we went to the beach instead! there we had a froze’ and ceviche which was amazing! I would do it all over again with more time!!! Amazing service!
