I went in a few weeks ago wanting a grey/silver hair kind of look, but ended up going with a lighter toned blonde shade instead and absolutely love it! The cut and color both look amazing, and I’ve never had someone take the time to fully listen to what I wanted and work with me to create the look that I desired, while also being honest and realistic about what could be done with my hair given the it’s natural color. I also have super thick/long hair, but she stayed late and took her time so everything would turn out awesome. Amy is definitely my new favorite stylist!

Amy Koepke is an amazing stylist…no, she is an artist. She is easy to work with, listens to my needs and concerns, and offers suggestions to help me with my thick and frizzy hair! Wish I didn’t have to give a star to be able to leave a review. Don’t use this salon if you want to have hair done for an event! I hate that you have to book weeks in advance, pay 1/2 of your estimated bill to even get an appointment, they have you confirm you appointment multiple times….then less than 24 hours before your appointment they TEXT you and say they have to cancel. And don’t have appointments open again for several weeks. Regardless of the reasons for them needing to cancel they don’t care that they have now put you in a bind and can’t get in anywhere in time for special event. Not the way to do business unless they only want to keep their regular customers and not make new ones.
