What an absolute treat going to this salon was! I had my hair cut and colored by Jazz, he was very personable and attentive! I don’t trust just anyone with my hair, my last stylist moved out of state and I was on edge about going to a new place and person. After today, my hair and I are worry free! From the consultation to the highlights, to the cut, to the blow dry, I was so very pleased! Will definitely be going back to this wonderful gem of a salon for all of my hair and hair product needs! Dawn Crossman and her son Jazz are the new owners of this salon and I had the most wonderful experience there yesterday when I went in for my appointment to get a hair cut and style. I was greeted at the desk by a friendly hostess who assured me the wait would be short and offered me a bottle of water while I waited.

Great find in Mesa! Jazz did a phenomenal job on my hair, it was colored to dark and I wanted it lightened. He took extra time and attention to my hair to ensure the color was just right! Perfectly even all the way through! I couldn’t be more pleased! Dawn highlighted my daughters hair exactly the way she wanted it as well, the color and cut were spot on!!! I’m so glad I found this little gem! If you want a salon to go to where the stylists listen to you this is the place!!!

I absolutely love Salon Amarian! Jazz and Dawn are both so friendly and are amazing at their craft! Jazz has been helping me with the long process of growing out my hair as well as fixing the damage I have done to it by using box dye. I am always so pleased with how my hair looks when my appointment is done. My daughter and my fiancé also get their hair done here as well as my two sisters and several friends. You cannot beat the prices for the quality service you receive. I highly recommend the salon!

Always enjoy my experience here with Jazz! They have a new color line and it’s awesome! Really added some vibrant tones to my hair! I’m very impressed and excited about my hair!! ( I’m updating this as since I left the salon my hair dramatically changed colors to a two different shades of bright red. Now Jazz used two different toners on me because he claimed the one didn’t work the way he wanted it to so he put another which is why I’m guessing I’ve got two very bright shades of red. When I left the salon it was a mix of nice nice deep dark red tones with what I’d call chocolate brown base not bright at all. I specially used a color safe sulfate free shampoo and conditioner that’s I’ve used before with no issues. I even after the first day went out and bought Lanza color care shampoo and conditioner and it still continued to drastically change colors to two different shades of bright red almost orange. He blamed it on my shampoo and refused to make things right. He only wanted to offer me half off my next service. Unacceptable! If a mistake was made and a client’s need a correction you do what’s right especially if it means keeping their business. I guess they don’t value what customers have to say or what the ultimate price is that they pay in the end. Poor business morals if you ask me! Make sure to check out the photo on Google photos for the before and after photos of the color damage that was done as a result of his work! Just don’t go there!

I have been taking my son to so many places to get his hair done and I was never satisfied until yesterday afternoon when we walked into Amarian. Jazz did my son’s hair and he did an amazing job. He cut my son’s hair exactly how he wanted it. Jazz kept explaining what he was doing and why. Jazz was also constantly cleaning the cut hair off my kids face as it fell which I loved because I know my kid can’t stand it. Jazz is very talented, detailed and a perfectist. We are definitely coming back.

Newly acquired by a very warm and friendly mother/son duo, this Paul Mitchell Focus Salon is inviting and offers an intimate, easy-going ambience. It was my first time here, and my first time using the hairstyling services of Courtney. The products are all Paul Mitchell, and the prices are the most reasonable I’ve found at any salon of this caliber. Women’s haircuts elsewhere are typically $45.00 minimum, but here, it’s a refreshing $25.00 as they are building a new client base. Try Salon Amarian once and judge for yourself how it compares to much pricier salons. I wasn’t disappointed and WILL be going back again!

I’ve lived in AZ a little over a year and I’ve dreaded getting my hair done..(to the point where when I’d go back to Cali I’d make sure to go and get it done at my usual place) This salon took that all away! Best haircut i have ever gotten!! Dawn (owner, did my hair) was spectacular!! She listened to everything i wanted and executed perfectly and then some! Love that it’s close to home.. Seeing as though i do live in AZ i needed a salon here. Definitely found THE ONE!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! And on top of that she was able to cut my (very wiggly) almost 2 year olds hair! If that doesn’t tell you how good she is.. I don’t know what will.

First time customer! I had a great experience, everyone there was friendly and easy going. I felt very comfortable. I got a fantastic haircut and color. The salon was clean and inviting, the conversation flowed and I was helped in choosing my hair color. I would definitely recommend it and I will be going back again!
