Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had such a wonderful experience at Salon Amalfi! Alicia did an amazing job getting my highlights exactly the color I want. She left them ashy/golden, just the way I like them and no damage. I also got a haircut and some products that have done wonders to my hair. The girls there are all so nice and welcoming. I had such a wonderful experience at Salon Amalfi! Alicia did an amazing job getting my highlights exactly the color I want. She left them ashy/golden, just the way I like them and no damage. I also got a haircut and some products that have done wonders to my hair. The girls there are all so nice and welcoming. I definitely plan to go back for routine maintenance from now on.

First time going to Amalfi and they squeezed me in for a color correction after a balayage gone wrong. So thankful. Kylie was so friendly and sweet and really knew her stuff. We looked at inspiration pics, swatch tested my hair and it ended up being a home run!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Kylie seriously nailed it, not to mention the wonderful ambience and environment they’ve created in the salon. Plus, the services are wonderfully priced. Had a wonderful experience with Kylie yesterday. First time going to Amalfi and they squeezed me in for a color correction after a balayage gone wrong. So thankful. Kylie was so friendly and sweet and really knew her stuff. We looked at inspiration pics, swatch tested my hair and it ended up being a home run!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Throughout the whole pandemic they remained professional and transparent about any and all changes. The products they use are great and cannot be found many places. Salon Amalfi is my absolute favorite! Mary has come to know my hair and what I prefer so well over the years. Throughout the whole pandemic they remained professional and transparent about any and all changes. The products they use are great and cannot be found many places. Love them so much even though I live further away I will continue to drive to use them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment for cut and color scheduled but woke up with fever and severe congestion. Given the fact that I am a nurse and understand how important protecting others during Covid pandemic is I called the salon and reported being sick and needing to cancel my noon appointment. My Covid test from that morning was also still pending. I was told by the receptionist she would get back to me because they were very busy but I never heard back. When I called back to reschedule my appointment I was told I owed $80 late cancellation fee because I canceled my same day appointment. Not to mention the salon policy for screening everyone with Covid related symptoms and not allowing anyone symptomatic enter the salon. After a lot of back-and-forth I was told there is no other way to resolve this and they do this to protect their stylists paycheck. Given the fact that my entire family uses the salon and gives it a lot of business this was incredibly disheartening. Given the fact that I am a nurse and understand how important protecting others during Covid pandemic is I called the salon and reported being sick and needing to cancel my noon appointment. Very welcoming environment and fair priced! Excited this is her new home!
