I’m so glad I found Amber to do my extensions! I was going to other “traditional” IBE stylists but the wefts were so itchy. Then I found Amber who is the ONLY one in the DMV that has the silk wefts without itchy return hairs. Not only is the hair she uses superior to others, but she’s just an awesome person too.
