The atmosphere is always very welcoming and everyone is so dedicated to making every visit the best experience ever at a salon. I myself always book with Ana Rose, she has always done the best job on my hair and I always feel brand new when I leave. After my first visit with her doing my hair I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m 44 years old so I’ve had my hair done by many many people but in my opinion she is the best ever.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe more I look at my hair that I had cut here yesterday the more I hate it. I told them it was short, and I tried to like the look, but I keep finding more uneven spots and am just more and more upset that too much was cut from the very start. You can’t add back hair after you mess up and cut too short. Stylist appeared in a hurry as the shampoo, cut, dry, and “style” was done in 30 minutes. I wouldn’t call it styled as much as she just dried it. I arrived early and there did not seem to be anyone waiting so I do not know what the hurry was. From the very first cut it was too short and nothing could be done about it, even after an entire conversation where she confirmed length and style, even saying she agreed that keeping it a bit longer was better. I knew it was a risk to go to a new salon when you move somewhere but with all the good reviews I thought a pretty basic cut wouldn’t be too much. What really irritates is I have a wedding to attend soon and didn’t want anything drastic, stated as much, she agreed, and then end up with something so different than discussed. I will never recommend this place and will not be returning. The more I look at my hair that I had cut here yesterday the more I hate it. I told them it was short, and I tried to like the look, but I keep finding more uneven spots and am just more and more upset that too much was cut from the very start. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and the stylists are skilled. They take the time to listen to what the customers request and really care about getting it right. Mary is amazing with my hair color! This is the place to go for top quality service from people who care.

When I asked for it to be fixed, they made attempts that left my hair just as brassy. I have had my hair lightened for years and have never had such a bad result.The worst part was the customer service of the manager. Before even seeing my hair in person, she was very unkind about me wanting it redone. Once viewing it and agreeing it was darker, she kept her rude tone and gave several excuses.. Every member of the staff also quoted the correction policy differently.
