I have been a client of Angel’s for over 10 years and I’ve also been going to the salon for over a year. As to the previous customer’s experience, all of the stylist at Adored are highly professional and would never disrespect any clients by calling them names or saying anything negative to them. I don’t know where you’ve been getting your hair done, but most African American salons do have several clients booked at the same time slot because there are so many stages involved in styling our hair; thus, it’s possible to book clients at the same time. I also know she has an assistant who helps with time management. Sorry you had that experience, but that is probably just your own perception.

Horrible!!! I booked an appt with Angel, showed up to the salon and it was closed. I left after sitting in my car for 10 mins. I was going out of town and this was a huge inconvenience! I called several times and sent an email, never heard a response. Later on the day I received an email from StyleSeat that I was marked as a no show and was charged 50% of the service I never received. I have tried for 5 days to reach her and still never heard back. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and with StyleSeat. Due to her nonresponse StyleSeat refunded the money. This was highly unprofessional and I will never request services from this salon ever again!

I was told I was foolish for expecting a 9am confirmed appt to be at 9am. I guess it is foolish for me to expect a stylist to show up at least within the hour instead of 10am. Then angel had 3 clients booked for the same time. I was also told she was late because she was picking up donuts. I see where this salon’s priority is and it’s definitely not customer service. if any body knows a good baltimore salon where I can become a regular at it would be much appreciated. thanks.
