HORRIBLE DEVASTATING outcome for me! DESTINY DESTROYED MY HAIR! SHE OVER PROCESSED THE BLONDE, MY HAIR USED TO BE VERY LONG AND THICK…..OVER HALF OF MY HAIR BROKE OFF!!!!! Some of my hair is 3 to 7 inches long….IT WAS 18 TO 20 INCHES LONG. BROKE OFF NEAR CROWN LEAVING WISPS OF HAIR.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in with a picture of highlights to have done !!! – when I was finished I was extremely disappointed because there was only one solid color (dirty blonde). I did not want to embarrass the stylist in front of peers and customers , so I told her thank you, and left. Is there anyway I can get this done RIGHT and what would be the additional cost. I tried texting the stylist from the address on her business card – but not a good address. If the manager would call , I would like to discuss this.
