Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCannot express enough how terrible this haircut was and how uncomfortable the salon experience was. One of the worst haircuts of my life. Thankfully they didn’t charge me, but kind of doesn’t matter when I have to go to a different salon now to fix it and end up with a shorter cut than I intended. The stylist was also very rough with the comb – digging it into my head, yanking on my hair and making me slump forward for a long time to dry my hair. When I tried to make suggestions about fixing my cut, she got rougher with the comb and also tried to convince me why I was wrong (as if I don’t know my own hair after living with it for 36 years.) strange too that she didn’t offer me a mirror to see the back of the cut. Cannot express enough how terrible this haircut was and how uncomfortable the salon experience was. One of the worst haircuts of my life. Thankfully they didn’t charge me, but kind of doesn’t matter when I have to go to a different salon now to fix it and end up with a shorter cut than I intended. I tried my very best to be respectful and gave Stephanie another chance to fix my hair before writing this review but still managed to make my second experience worse than the first one. I traveled an hour to come to the salon twice. I originally came in for a balayage and I trusted her opinion and recommendation as a hair stylist. So she gave me highlights. The highlights ended up looking like sharp lines along my hair from roots to ends. It’s horrible. The highlights tone was greenish and not at all close to what I asked for. I called back after i left home and I needed the manager to fix my hair because I didn’t want this to happen again, but they refused to have someone more experienced fix my hair. Stephanie left me today with just darker hair with the same sharp stripes as highlights. She was rough on my hair and I left with soreness on my scalp due to the roughness of the comb against my scalp. She couldn’t careless to make sure I was actually happy with her own coloring and styling on my head. I paid $255 with tip to end up with worse hair then what I came in with. I just waisted my time and money and Now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair properly. Mistakes happen and that’s why I was willing to postpone this review, but what distinguish a good business than a bad one is that they take full responsibility and strive for client satisfaction. I tried my very best to be respectful and gave Stephanie another chance to fix my hair before writing this review but still managed to make my second experience worse than the first one.
