I have been wearing lash extensions for several years, and I’m very familiar with volume lashes. I paid for a volume lash set and received a classic lash set. I expressed to Alex that my lashes were way to thin and she responded with “I will make them fuller next time”. I expected to receive the service I paid for the day of service not during my next visit. Alex was very personable and seemed to have a nice personality. Her salon is super cute and clean! My review is based on lash quality and value. I have been wearing lash extensions for several years, and I’m very familiar with volume lashes. I paid for a volume lash set and received a classic lash set. Alex did an amazing job on my lashes! I’ve never had them done before and she explained everything to me, and answered all my silly questions. She’s very personable and professional! I loved the experience and would recommend her to any and everyone!

They didn’t have many dip colors to choose from, no variety, and there were barely any techs working when I was there so I waited a good minute for a mediocre manicure in a basic color.
