From the moment I walked in the door at salon 94, I was impressed. For my small home town of Wolfeboro particularly, this place was stylish and modern – but with several well executed nods to the traditional barber shop. As soon as I was seated I was offered a water, espresso, or coffee.. Julien made me the most delicious cappuccino, I had to have one more an hour later! Speaking of hours, my hair appointment was no small undertaking. I came in looking to go from an overgrown blonde balayage to platinum silver. This, as some may know, is a HUGE ask from a stylist in one session. Julien handled my hair with the utmost concern for its integrity and strength after the color process. He explained every step of the way (I’m a curious gal and I asked a lot of questions, and thankfully he had all the answers!) Although I was already (mostly) a light blonde, he managed to transform it to the silver goddess hair of my dreams! I spent six hours in the chair and Julien made it feel like a walk in the park with an old friend, so personable and sweet, hyping me up the entire time. Overall, salon 94 dazzled me with incredible customer service, a beautiful and creative space, comfortable atmosphere, organic conversation, and most of all – knowledgeable and competent staff. I will definitely be back. Thank you Julien!!

Jordyn was very thoughtful about coloring my hair. The second time I went to her to touch up my balayage, she had given a lot of thought as to how best color my hair for the look I was going for. The products she uses are fantastic and my hair felt great for weeks after the cut and color. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about different products, like purple shampoo and dry shampoo. Highly recommend!
