Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valueworst experience of my life and I have been getting my hair colored for years. THIS WAS MY HAIR RIGHT AFTER I LEFT THE SALON. THIS IS NOT AFTER IT WAS WASHED OR ANYTHING WAS DONE TO IT.-My scalp was chemically burned by a “cosmetologist” at this salon. My scalp is red and flaking off. I was also given an uneven and blotchy hair color. I am seriously doubting the credibility of this salon and if Julie even has her cosmetology license. I was told the burn was my fault for having “sensitive skin” and my color being very badly uneven and blotchy (and the wrong color) was also my fault because I came in with “compromised hair.” Even though I had sent Julie pictures of my hair prior to coming to the salon, and I even asked her when I got there if she was comfortable doing the color I wanted (I asked for lavender, I had platinum hair before) she said it was no problem and then proceeded to burn my scalp and dye my hair blue and gray streaks. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I have never been more disappointed in anything I have gotten “professionally” done.-I reached out to the stylist and to the salon and was given an attitude back and was told there was nothing they could do about it and it was “on me” if I didn’t want Julie to “fix” my hair. I now have to pay MORE money to someone else for scalp treatments and to get my hair color fixed. I am extremely unsatisfied and hurt by how I was treated. My personal information of where I work and where I live was blasted on social media by the people who own this shop and they have proceeded to get more and more of their friends and boyfriends to bully me and send me nasty messages because I left an honest review of how I was treated. You can see the owner talking down to her customers on their facebook page and making rude comments. I do not know how this business is still running if this is how they treat people.***in response to the comment from the salon on this review: first of all, I left this review when this happened- over a month ago. there is nothing illegal about leaving a review about what happened to you, so you can threaten me all you want with a lawyer. you will lose that case too. second of all, I’ve already gotten my hair fixed in one session by a professional who actually knew what they were doing.YOU guys deleted YOUR facebook page after you were dragged because you were bullying customers ON YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. WHICH YES, I STILL HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF AND I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW THOSE TO A LAWYER TOO. I still have screenshots of YOU talking bad about ME AND MY FAMILY and making fun of me for the world to see. You can’t twist this to look like you’re innocent and have done nothing wrong when you were unprofessional enough to slander people ON SOCIAL MEDIA. AGAIN, FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. WHERE I LIVE AND WHERE I WORK WAS POSTED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE IN ATTEMPTS TO RUN DOWN MY NAME. AND THEN YOU STOPPED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHEN YOU SAW ME OUTSIDE AND CONTINUED TO HARASS ME FROM YOUR CAR!!!!! actually, I would love to get a lawyer involved in this and for it to be on your public record that you come to my house and scream at me about my hair from your car window! I have proof every single thing!! You guys should be absolutely humiliated yet here you are, STILL trying to play victim and turn things around just because I didn’t take the bullying and I told my story about how YOU guys treated me. Go back to cosmetology school or at least find a class on basic human decency and learn how to treat people!!!!!! She was very sweet & my hair turned out gorgeous, she really made me feel like myself again. I couldn’t be happier :)Service: Hairstyling

ONLY person to not mess up my “ridiculously simple cut” as Julie puts it (3-5 in. off the ends depending on what I’m feeling, long layers all around my head and layers that frame my face) which I’ve been getting since I was 18. Could not recommend her more as I’ve also seen her color and cuts before my appointment and she’s INCREDIBLE!!! She also has amazingly flexible hours and will figure out a time that works for your schedule. ONLY person to not mess up my “ridiculously simple cut” as Julie puts it (3-5 in. off the ends depending on what I’m feeling, long layers all around my head and layers that frame my face) which I’ve been getting since I was 18. Could not recommend her more as I’ve also seen her color and cuts before my appointment and she’s INCREDIBLE!!! I got my hair colored and the color is very uneven and it seemed like the woman doing it was just in a rush to leave and go home the whole time (even though I had an appointment??)I definitely won’t be back. Critical: ProfessionalismHarassing customers outside of your business is unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior should not be used by a grown adult, especially over a bad review. You’re supposed to enter a business expecting bad reviews, however it’s how you handle them that matters the most.
