I made an appointment three weeks in advance to get a haircut. I got a call 20 minutes before my appointment letting me know the stylist would be 30 minutes late. When I said to the gentleman who called to inform me that this was unprofessional his response was “ well life happens” I said, that’s your response and he said “yup.” The unprofessionalism is insane. Proves what kind of business they are “running”

I went to salon 9 for the first time and had such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice when I came in, helping me right away! I got my hair done by Jeanna, and let me just say I’m so amazed! She did such an amazing job, was super quick but through, and just a sweet person. I am not one to get my hair done very often because I have had bad experiences in the past, but I 1000% recommend Jeanna! I loved how my hair turned out! She did a wonderful job and am recommending all my friends to go to her now! So happy I finally found a good hairstylist!

I love this place!! I got my hair colored and cut here for the first time and I’m soo happy with it. I got my hair done by Jeanna (who by far is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to) she is very knowledgeable and talented at what she does, not to mention she is so sweet and fun to talk to. I was referred here by a friend and I’m so glad I made the appointment. The salon itself is very cute and clean. Basically it’s everything you could want for your go-to salon. I highly recommend it!

I lost most of my hair due to an autoimmune disorder, I had really long hair and had always had long hair. So when it started falling out and I had to cut it shorter Liz made it so amazing I came in in tears and left what cheers! I continue to go to her every 6 weeks and it’s such a wonderful experience they treat you exceptionally well. I love how knowledgeable she is and how she teaches me when she Styles my hair so I can do it at home too. Go there once and you will never want to go to another Salon again!

Calista is a breath of fresh air – she’s absolutely great at what she does. Takes her time to listen and gives you the style you want. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll walk out feeling fantastic!

The reception was good, they did move my appointment back by 45 minutes but called to let me know in advance. The staff was prompt and polite. However I was disappointed with the cut. The stylist didn’t quite get the angle I wanted, even after I asked her to correct it, and since it’s a very short style I have to wait a few months before I can get it redone. Also the cape wasn’t placed well and the stylist never fixed it, so I ended up with hair all over my dress and in my collar, which was very uncomfortable.

Calista Parker was able to squeeze me in for a last minute shampoo, cut, blowdry, and style before a first date. I was able to go in on my lunch break and left feeling so fresh and confident. This salon is also pretty hip and offered free refreshments. It was affordable too; I think I only paid like 60 for the whole thing and she sent me home with deep conditioning samples.
