Absolutely LOVE Kaitlyn! She does amazing work. She’s always done a great job cutting my hair(and I’m very picky). I recently decided to chop 10”+ off, and go blonde. It looks AMAZING! She gave me realistic expectations, and made sure I understood the process. She walked me through it before we started, and as we did it. She’s extremely knowledgeable about her products, and techniques. I could not be more happy with my results! The products she uses are top notch. My hair doesn’t even feel like anything was done to it, and it looks healthier than when we started. I honestly can’t even express how happy I am with what she’s done for my hair. Kaitlyn has poise and professionalism well beyond her years. She is not doing your hair as her job, she is doing it as her passion. The level of knowledge and skill she posses is that of a seasoned colorist and it shows in her confidence behind the chair. I had quite the task for her today, going from turquoise to a natural looking blonde and by some miracle she pulled it off! Her stamina is phenomenal as my 6hr appointment was at the end of her night yet she never once slowed down or complained about the extensive amount of foils my hair takes like other people have done in the past. Kaitlyn talked me through step by step, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Her salon is modern yet inviting and very intimate, no listening to other peoples drama and conversations. She even took extra time at the end of a 12hr day to show me some styling techniques. You can tell she is passionate about hair health and not just appearance. She is extremely informative but not at all pushy to buy the product line she carries. You can tell she really believes in #Eufora and I can see why; cruelty free, all natural products that work magic in your hair. I am beyond thrilled to have been reccomended to Salon#9 and Kaitlyn will hand down be my only hair girl for as long as I live in NC.
