I bought a product from there, the lady was professional, and prices are reasonable for the products. The reason for the two stars is I wanted to return the mousse as it’s too heavy, I called and left a message and 4 wks later still not return call. So, now I am forced to keep mousse and use it even though it leaves my hair greasy. I will use it I guess as a treatment. I won’t purchase or go there as I believe a phone call is in order. Jennifer was so awesome! I’ve never been to an actual salon or had my hair colored and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I really love the results, and the pricing is incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Bonus, you can book online. Salon 86 was a beautiful establishment where I was greeted with friendly faces. I’m used to a barbershop so this was a little different for me, but my hairstylist was professional and did a great job! Loved the environment and the friendly staff. I have called this salon one week in a row, left voicemails. I wanted to give them a try as a new customer, but I had questions. I have not once received a phone call back or did ever a person pick up the phone. It went straight to voice mail. After repeatedly calling, finally received someone on the line who was not able to answer my questions, but took my information and was going to request the stylist to call me back. It has been several days the stylist never called me back. I guess business is not needed at this place. I will go somewhere else where they actually care about customers.
