Very unprofessional & rude atmosphere. I had never had my hair cut here before. I made an appt. earlier in the day for 4:30 that afternoon. I was 5 minutes late. I walked into an empty salon with 4 or 5 hairdressers all standing around the front desk talking and laughing loudly. A teenage receptionist wearing sweatpants and sneakers who glared at me when I walked in and didn’t say hi can I help you or anything. When I said I had a 4:30 appt Terry (who didn’t introduce herself) said “Ill take you but I was just about to call you. Terry didn’t speak to me the entire time she washed my hair, cut my hair or dried my hair, only when I eventually had to ask her what her name was. When she was finished she never asked me if I liked it and just began spraying 2 or 3 different things on my hair. I was then directed to the front desk where Terry charged me $45 when I was told $38 over the phone. While I was in Terry’s chair the salon remained empty, other than 2 people in the back having their nails done, and the hairdressers remained all gathered around the front desk talking very loudly about very inappropriate and offensive topics. Granted I may be picky and notice these things more because I worked at a Spa for 8 years as an esthetician, but I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning.

The manicure was awful. Shellac manicure was done by a nice woman, but it was awful. She took the old coat with a machine which makes nails thinner, then she cut my nails and filed them just a little leaving the shape multiple-angled, when I asked to make an almond shape, the person did not know what it was, thank God for the internet. When she shaped them to the almond form, she did not make them of one length. Nail polish is all over the cuticles and finger tips. And in normal light I could see the thickness of color differs on different nails. She was making fast and probably forgot to put the second polish to 2 nails. I am so upset. 35$ for such a bad work. You should send your workers for some courses or pay clients for being practised at.

I really wanted to like this place… But when I got my hair cut there, the employee had put “oil” into my hair after washing it, and proceeded to roll my hair into one big dread. Needless to say, it was difficult (and painful) to comb through. I even asked for some kind of de-tangling spray to no avail… Left with a headache. Two stars because staff was nice, but not trained properly…
